Just Add Ink

Hello bloggers how are you all today? I hope this post finds you well and happy!. Looks like I am going to jump in with both feet today and submit a card for a blog challenge. Just Add Ink www.just-add-ink.blogspot.com/ is having a sketch challenge and this is my submission for it. I hope they like it and I submit it correctly? This is all new to me lololol. What do you think of my little creation?
Jeff is going to BBQ steak tonight and we are making Smoked Twice Baked Potatoes. We put the potatoes in the smoker until soft, then cut them in half lengthwise, then scoop out the insides put them in a bowl and mix them with bacon bits, diced scallons, cheese, spices and a little mayonnaise. We then bake them for a few just until the cheese melts. These potatoes have become a staple around here :). I like them served with a spoon full of salsa and sour cream. Speaking of salsa!!! My garden gave me a bunch of tomatoes, scallions, chili peppers and jalapenos. "Perfect Salsa Fixings". The only thing missing is the cilantro. I must have planted it way too early as it was ready a over a month ago. I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Oh, I love your card, Patrice! I'm a 'red' girl, so the boldness of your card appeals to me. As does the sound of your potatoes!! Congratulations on your first challenge entry :)
