Ghostly additions.

Hello my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy! I wanted to show you a card that one of my up-line sisters made, it is too darn cute. Hey Sharon R. (Ghost card on the right). She is so stinking talented I just love all her work. I liked her card so much I was inspired to make one for my self. (Ghost card on the left) Let me know what you think and see what you can come up with when you start creating. The Ghosts are made from our new owl punch. Punch out an owl turn it upside down and cut off the little feet add eyes and highlight the edges. There you have it a cute little ghost! Hope you like them, have a great day OK.

Hello There!

Beautiful Case Card
Hello my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy! Well I made it through the weekend and boy was I wiped out on Sunday night! Here are the projects I made for my workshop The ladies were wonderful and boy are they getting good I had to come up with some super special projects for them. First off I want to say I totally cased a beautiful card that I found online and can not for the life of me remember where I saw it. This card is so elegant and I wish I could give credit where credit is due. If you are the original artist please contact me and I will re post the card with your name on it .It is such a beauty... well see for yourself! The second project was a scrapbook page. Now be gentle I am not a scrapbooker and I gave this one a shot. The third card was my pirate card they have been asking me to show them how to make it so they got to make it this weekend. The fourth card is a re post of samples I made early last week. I loved the simple feel of the fall reverse embossing card I decided to teach them a new technique. Finally, they all got to make the pumpkin hostess baggie and I pulled out all the stops and they got Trick or Treat Candy. I think chocolate and stamping just goes together :)

A little something!

Hello my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy! It's almost Friday. I am soooo excited. We have our monthly up-line meeting Saturday and I have prepped 16 cards for our swap and made a little hostess gift. I decided to do a takeoff on the fall leaves card (it was the family favorite) that was posted a few days ago. The ladies that I stamp with are so very talented. This meeting is the highlight of my month if you know what I mean.
Sunday I have a large workshop so I am busy working on 3 cards and a scrapbook page So I am going to be busy, busy this weekend. Have fun and enjoy your weekend too. For the hostess gift I used one of the ideas from Convention and rolled a bunch of buttons together in cellophane and added ribbon to the ends. It looks like candy  too cute. Have a great weekend OK.

Survival of the fittest!

I told my neighbor that is what I look for in my garden. What ever makes it through the summer will make it through the winter in most cases. If the heat and sun doesn't take a plant in the summer, then I have to watch for the  frost in winter. We live in a very dry desert like environment. It doesn't look like it from the photographs of the beautiful flowers that I took last spring, but boy oh boy I'm not even going to show you pictures of what it looks like now. I'll keep that horror & shock from you.I will ask that you pray for my little posies that they have a quick recovery lololol. I need to get some fertilizer on them this month. That should perk them up quite nicely.
Here is another Fall card I made yesterday I really like it, I hope you do too. Have a great day.

It must be working!

Hello my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy! It must be working...wishing for cooler weather . Because it is nice out today, a little cloudy by much cooler. If we do get a summer storm I hope it is nothing like the last one we had lololol. A little rain would be nice and my garden will appreciate it even more.
Here is another Fall card I came up with. I just can not seem to decide on that swap card I need to get done by Saturday??? What do you think? PS I have had the hiccups for about 35 minutes . I am so done with them lolol. I must seek a solution pronto. Have a great day everyone.

A nice long weekend. Enjoy it!

Hello all my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you well and happy!. It's Labor Day  weekend!! Are you doing something fun or relaxing. Jeff and I went on a road trip to Crestline yesterday. We took the boys on their first long drive. I was so hot here that going up the mountain seemed like the perfect thing to do. We all had a ball.  Here is a little something I made up for a masculine  birthday card idea. These types of cards are always such a challenge for me. What do you think?
I will be posting some pictures of the last swaps I received from VC _Rocks in the next day or so.
I have a surprise coming too about a tutorial I am making that I know you will just love, so keep coming back to see what is new! Hope you enjoy your long weekend with family and friends.
