Freshly Made Sketches 21

Hello to all my blogging friends. I hope this post finds you all well and happy!

I had some time yesterday to create a few cards. Today's card inspiration is from Freshly Made Sketches #21.     http://www.freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com
My DH said he needed a few masculine cards to give to his co-workers/friends who were going through some issues. So I made this card from their sketch.
 This is what I came up with;

The stamp set is A Sense of Time -SU and for fun and texture I used two real strips of Bamboo. Men like texture and real natural things he told me. I tried to position the clock so as to appear it was sitting on a mantle. Not quite sure if I achieved that or not?

Thanks for stopping by I have a busy day planned but wanted to play along with Freshly Made. I hope you like the card and find some inspiration from it! I too hope you find some time to play today. Creating is Good for the Soul!

Good card for the honey to give. I love that stamp set. Bad me, I have it but it has never seen ink. Great texture.
