Sketch Frenzy Friday 9/26/14

Hello to all my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy!

Yep! It's Sketch Frenzy Friday time and I had so much fun creating my card this week. I love new toys to create with don't you. That Holiday Mini is jammed packed with lots of fun new Holiday stamping items! I don't know if we ever found out who the sketch creator this week was or not so, I can't give credit where credit is due. But who ever made it sure did a nice job with it.

I want to give a little shout out to Karen Gibson one of our new designers
as she celebrated a Birthday this week. Happy Birthday Karen! Hope it was a great one!

Also, a very warm welcome to Elizabeth Kratzer for joining our Design Team. I know you all will enjoy her artistic creations. She is uber talented! Welcome to the SFF  DT Elizabeth!

WOW! Did you see all the fantastic cards that the design team created this week? We had 10 cards submitted! That's a lot of inspiration. Go DT!

Here is this weeks mystery sketch. It's Marisol Gutierrez's sketch after all!

This is what I came up with. It is my first Christmas card of the season.

The card base is Crumb Cake cs
The first layer is from Trim The Tree DSP stack found in the Holiday Mini. I just love this green Gingham pattern.
The third layer -large oval Garden Green cs.
The fourth (Red DSP Oval) and fifth ( Multi colored Wreath )layers are from the Flash Back DSP pack.
The sixth layer (Green Bow and JOY) are Garden Green and Ivory cs.
The red and white bow across the top of the card was made from Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine.
The two little scraps at the bottom rhs  f the oval were made with Color Me Autumn Designer Washi Tape Pack found in the Holiday Mini.
Misc items -Regals Candy Dots, Mingle All The Way stamp set, Wonderful Wreath and Oval Collection Framelits Dies, Real Red cs and Cherry Cobbler Ink.

Here is a look at the inside,

That's it for today. I really hope you will give this sketch a try and have fun creating  something fun from it. We would love to see your card just upload it at the link below.

I really like how you used the candy dots on the wreath, to make it look like holly (I assume) & how you decorated the inside as well. Very nice!

I really love the colors on this card. And the way you decorated the inside....just perfect. Seems like I always forget to carry artwork to the inside card. I must work on that! Thanks for the inspiration!
