Hello to all my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy!
It was raining today so it gave me plenty of time to play around in my craft room.
However, I better get the rest of my housework done tomorrow or I'll never
get caught up. At least I did the laundry while I made some cards. A
girl has to have a little fun in her busy day right!
Hand Stamped Sentiments had another great sketch to inspire us with this week so, I gave it a try. Here is their link http://handstampedsentiments.blogspot.com/
and here is their sketch.
This is what I came up with.
I am so bummed that the En Francais Stamp is going to be retired. Ijust love that stamp. I thought I better get more ink on it before it goes away. I love stamping on DSP with it. I think it makes a very interesting background.
I tried to use as many stamps and products that will be retiring on this project as possible.
Here is a look at the inside.
Supplies used to create this card.
Card Stock
Whisper White, Crisp Cantaloupe, Very Vanilla and Baked Brown Sugar.
Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Water Color Wonder(R)
Stamp Set
Blessings From Heaven (R)and Secret Garden (R)
Ink
Baked Brown Sugar, Crisp Cantaloupe, Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral.
Punch
Bird Builder.
Misc.
Textured Impression's Honeycomb Folder, Candy Dots and Secret Garden Framelit (R)
I think that about does it for this card. I hope you too can find some time to create something fun and still get your housework done lol. Give this great sketch a try. I know you will surely be inspired by it.
Chat soon,
Patrice
