Framelets and More

Hello to all my blogging friends, I hope this post finds you all well and happy!

Lesley over at Always Playing with Paper http://alwaysplayingwithpaper.blogspot.com   (Look for Mondays Post 1-2-12) came up with an amazing new weekly sketch challenge called Merry Monday. It is the first week for her challenges. Her idea is to make a Christmas Cards (Thus the Merry part) every week but, I decided I would make a regular card out of it because it is a really great sketch; Maybe I'll make a Christmas card with it tomorrow? It is a fun sketch. Her idea/concept is great, why not make Christmas Cards all year long so when December comes along your cards will be already completed! Now that's thinking ahead. Now I just have to pull out my Holiday stamps again- I just put them away!
and this is what I made with it
All supplies used are Stampin' Up :
Embellishments- Framelets-Lables Collection, Crochet Trim Ribbon-Victorian, Brads Everyday Enchantment, Pearls, Stampin Dimensionals, Sponges,  1" Circle Punch and Scallop Border Punch.
Card Stock-  (DSP)Designer Series Paper -Attic Boutique. Pool Party and Calypso Coral In Color Card Stock
Stamp Sets- Friends Never Fade and Sprinkled Expressions.
Ink- Soft Swede.
Stampin Write Markers- Calypso Coral, Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Always Artichoke.

I hope you enjoyed today's share and find some time to create something fun yourself.
Thanks, Patrice

Fantastic job. I love that paper you used- Attic Boutique. That is in the new Occasions Mini isn't it? I have to get more things from the new book. I have a few items such as the Edgelits dies and the adorning Accents embossing folders but need to get some more. Santa gave me some $$ for Christmas and I am using the money to make what I need for this quarter. Great work as always.
